Assistantship Program - application procedure

Prerequisites: For this Advanced Training a minimum of two years of a consistent Vinyasa practice is needed, a current 3 day/week practice and a 200hr Teacher Training certificate with an approved Yoga Alliance UK and Yoga Alliance US registered school.  

Applications are accepted on a rolling basis, and we do expect this training to fill up quickly. Once you have submitted the online application below, we will let you know if you have been accepted onto the training within two weeks of the date your application was received. 

During this time we will review your application. If we have any questions or want to clarify anything, you may receive a phone call from one of us. 

Once you have been accepted, we will send you an email confirmation along side the agreement form and terms and conditions, this will include a request for a non-refundable deposit and payment options and details.  

In order to secure your space you will need to send your signed agreement form back, along side your non-refundable deposit and outlined payment plan.

Am I eligible for the 500hr Program? 

In order to be eligible for the 500hr Program it is required that you have completed a 200hr Teacher Training for a RYS (Yoga Alliance UK and Yoga Alliance US registered school).  

It is at appleyoga's discretion to accept this qualification. 

To receive the 500hr Certification you must have a 200hr yoga alliance qualification. Your additional 300hrs (adding up to 500hrs) must be completed with one Registered Yoga School (RYS), appleyoga. The hours accumulated on this advanced teacher training can be contributed to completing your 500hrs with either appleyoga.
