About
appleyoga's Goan adventure will be an unforgettable week that will allow you to experience the richness of mystical India with its wealth of culture and natural beauty.
The Ashiyana retreat centre offers a perfect blend of tranquility and natural beauty. Nestled in a coconut palm grove along the enchanting Mandrem River, it provides a serene escape just steps away from the pristine Mandrem Beach.
Mandrem, a remote and sleepy fishing village in northern Goa, offers essential amenities including restaurants, an internet cafe, travel services, grocery stores, and transportation rentals. The area boasts wonderful beaches, vibrant day and night markets, and is just thirty minutes from Mapusa, a larger market town with good coach connections to other Indian destinations.
Activities available in the area include: dolphin trips, cooking classes, flea markets, big temples, night market, ecstatic dance, spice plantation visit and more.
During your yoga retreat, you'll have the opportunity to enjoy balancing ayurvedic spa treatments and free time to explore the local village, nearby towns, markets, or simply unwind on the beach.
